Namun, analis UBS menilai penguatan ini lebih disebabkan oleh melemahnya dolar secara luas, bukan karena kekuatan fundamental pound itu sendiri. Stabilnya pergerakan pasangan EUR\/GBP turut memperkuat kesimpulan ini. Meski data ekonomi Inggris mengindikasikan pasar tenaga kerja mulai melambat, Bank of England tetap berhati-hati untuk menurunkan suku bunga mengingat inflasi masih tinggi.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-peluang-carry-trade-yang-menarik\">Peluang Carry Trade yang Menarik<\/h2>\n<p>UBS memperkirakan hanya akan terjadi dua kali pemotongan suku bunga sebesar 25 basis poin hingga akhir tahun ini. Proyeksi tersebut membuka peluang carry trade yang menguntungkan untuk pound, terutama terhadap mata uang dengan suku bunga sangat rendah seperti franc Swiss (CHF). Investor dapat memanfaatkan selisih suku bunga yang besar sebagai strategi perdagangan jangka menengah.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-target-jangka-panjang-dan-strategi-lindung-nilai\">Target Jangka Panjang dan Strategi Lindung Nilai<\/h2>\n<p>UBS memperkirakan pound masih memiliki potensi menguat terhadap dolar AS, dengan target jangka panjang di kisaran 1.40. Namun, reli terbaru membuat pound berisiko mengalami koreksi teknikal. UBS justru menyarankan investor untuk memanfaatkan koreksi tersebut sebagai momen lindung nilai terhadap posisi dolar.
