yang meningkatkan kekhawatiran perang Ukraina dapat meningkat.<\/p>\n<p>Komentar tersebut membuat para pedagang terkesima, mendorong mereka ke arah investasi yang lebih aman seperti dolar.<\/p>\n<p>Pound sempat menyentuh $1,13040 &#8211; level terendah sejak 1985 &#8211; sebelum kembali menguat.<\/p>\n<p>Penurunan juga terjadi setelah angka Inggris menunjukkan biaya pinjaman mencapai rekor baru untuk Agustus karena inflasi melonjak.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pidato yang disiarkan televisi, presiden Rusia mengatakan dia telah menandatangani dekrit tentang mobilisasi parsial &#8211;
